Detail oriented, thoughtful, prompt & professional! There aren't enough adjectives to describe how great their service was. Tyler and his crew took care with each item, making sure that my items were well insulated for my cross country move. I consulted with Richard, the owner to determine the most economical way to move. Rich suggested hiring Collins to load my pod & move across the country. The service was impeccable. The follow up calls from John to make sure I understood the process. The timely arrival of Tyler & his team, who painstakingly organized all of my things into pods, even carrying an oversized item down 7 flights of stairs. I'm confident my things will arrive to the location damage free.

These guys are great! I’ve used them for my last six moves. I have a lot of stuff, a lot of heavy stuff, and they always hustle like crazy and are super positive and nice! Never had anything broken or damaged in transit either. Definitely recommend!

If you’re making a move in Chicago, this is the team to call! Beyond being extremely careful, they move super quick and make everything a breeze — let alone in the cold! Our specific movers were named Miguel, Julian, and Arturo. These 3 were absolutely amazing, and provided the best service we could’ve asked for when moving.Their pricing is also super fair, you get what you pay for and more. Cant recommend these 3 and CFM enough! Couldn’t be happier.

We were very pleased with Collins Family Movers and their services! The logistics were well-planned in advance, and they have the process down to a science. While the office didn’t respond to texts or emails—which was slightly frustrating for a millennial like me—I got over myself, called them back and everything was fine. The movers were friendly, efficient, and worth every penny, especially considering our destination involved three flights of stairs! All our belongings were carefully wrapped and protected. Highly recommended!

I submitted the information looking for a mover from Chicago to Boston - The owner returned my call quickly - helped me figure out the best way to move about 60 pieces of art including sculpture and paintings. They were amazing and then when they came to pack my van that I rented at their suggestion - the packers were quick, efficient and helped figure out how to manage the van - not bad for a 78 year old. I will forever be in their debt. They not only moved me, but the person to whom I transferred all of my furniture with equal success. Since I was also selling my house with a very short time to closing - they took care of anything I was unable to transfer. They are the best!!!!
