The team was great start to finish - I was able to pick my day and time of the move and they had options for full service (pack and move) or just move and could rent wardrobe boxes / mattress protectors to cut down on extra boxes I needed to purchase. Day of move was smooth and painless, the team was on time, professional, and incredibly efficient. I will be using them again!
The acid test is would I use CFM again. The answer emphatically is I would. In fact, we have another move coming up and we will be using them. Our move was to a storage facility. The team lead by Tyler understood exactly what we wanted done and executed it.

Richard was great to deal with on the scheduling logistics side, and the crew - Miguel, Juan, Danny and Celedonio were quick, efficient, and in great spirits the entire time and a pleasure to chat with throughout the whole process. The whole experience was a pleasure and I'd happily recommend them to anybody needing to move and not wanting to do it all on their own.
William and Danny took care of our one bedroom move, they were friendly, professional, and thorough. Everything was wrapped really well and loading and unloading went smoothly. One of the least stressful moves I’ve had in a while!

I highly recommend Collins Family Movers! I was more than impressed with them. They also came highly recommended. (Even from two people who had an issue with a delay in movers showing up last summer, they still spoke so highly of Collins — and when you’re moving and encounter that, a referral could then be a hit or miss!)Before the move — I spoke with Rick Dang several times when scheduling my move, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and answered all of my questions, making sure the move would be a success. I had also gathered quotes from two other companies, but speaking on the phone with Rick left an impression. In fact, I believe Rick called me within 30 minutes of submitting a quote! I appreciated this a lot — despite being a younger person in which some folks assume we prefer doing things online, I would much rather speak to someone directly. And, sure, their quote was the best of the 3, but with the referral and Rick’s friendliness, I knew moving forward with them was a great decision.Moving day — Within the first few minutes of showing up, Will, Jeremy, and Arnulfo gave a great impression. Will was the lead, and he was so very personable! We could probably chat for hours. These guys kicked BUTT in moving my large one bedroom apartment (few stairs) to a two bedroom apartment. This was also my first “adult” move using movers, so I wanted to ensure everything was as seamless as possible in terms of my packing and labeling. They knocked out loading within an hour and a half, and unloading was a breeze as well. I also appreciated that they unmounted my TV, something I lined up with Rick ahead of time but was nervous about come moving day. While I didn’t have any items over 200 pounds, my largest items were an electric fireplace TV stand and a queen bed frame in a box. Those and all other items were moved in such an impressive manner. A big shoutout to Jeremy — he is a powerhouse with how he carries items! We were all chatting and laughing, and we appreciated how Will said it’s also important that customers are in a good state of mind during the process as it helps them too. They were so, so kind. I told them I’ve been a ball of stress during the whole process, but I’d felt SO much relief within minutes of them showing up.Overall, they wrapped up within ~3.5 hours and under quote — amazing. This was a large 1 bed to 2 bed move within 20 minutes of each other. I can’t recommend them enough. This is a family-owned company with some great folks, both movers and management. You can read and check out the “bigger” names in the city, but you’ll walk away with a great experience using Collins. (And this is not AI, I just love em dashes and have written like this for years. 😉)
I’m impressed. The crew came in, asked a few questions, and just got to work. Very professional, moved with purpose, took great care of all of our belongings, wrapped and moved flawlessly.Partway through our move, the elevator broke down. So happy I found Collins movers! Tyler was amazing! I have had horrible experiences with other moving companies so I took a risk and tried Collins Family Movers for the first time. They were so kind, efficient and communicative. We moved from a 3 bedroom apartment, added a stop at our storage, and then drove 25 miles to our new home. Not to mention, we added a few last minute requests with no pushback.We asked for a larger team due to the volume of furniture and items we have and it worked out great. Our new house had been freshly painted with new hardwood flooring and the team was careful not to scuff the walls or floor. They wrapped all our furniture so nicely. The best team ever! Use this moving company! I’ve worked with Collins Family Movers twice, each time with Miguel as the crew lead. They were thorough and fast. Miguel was great about doing a quick walk through of each space and asking questions to confirm what was being moved and special considerations for our items. The team took apart our beds and rebuilt them with no problems.
The men were super nice and attentive. Great communication and efforts to moving my items in a timely manner. There were slight dirt markings on my sofa from the move but Richard made sure to reach out with a solution and took care of the situation. Great service!
I can not share enough how much I’d recommend this moving company. It first started on the phone with John, who helped us swiftly get same day movers and ensure that we will be taken care of by him throughout the whole process. This family moving business is the real deal. Aiden and the guys were on time, communicated during every part of the move and handled all items with care. I moved a 4 bedroom house as a minimalist and it was smooth. Customer service on this level is hard to find these days. I will be using Collins Family for all moves and even small projects. Beyond satisfied! The owner, Richard, got involved and helped me with a small move (@ 35 boxes). They had been inadvertently left behind on a recent out of State move. He was quick and resourceful. He got a small cargo van , drove 12 hours straight (Goodyear AZ to Lubbock TX) and delivered my missing boxes, all for a reasonable price. This is what great customer service looks like!

Let me start by saying this, I’m not one for reviews. I’m the type of person who forgets to rate their Uber unless the driver does a backflip and knows the “exact” recipe for my favorite taco. But when Collins Family Movers moved me from my tiny Goodyear shoebox apartment to my slightly-less-tiny Goodyear shoebox apartment (progress!), I felt compelled to share my story. Because these men are the real MVPs of the moving world - like if Superman and your favorite uncle had a baby, and that baby loved bubble wrap.First off, the team showed up “on time”. Like, “punctual” on time. I was sipping my third coffee of the morning, mentally preparing to tackle the “heavy lifting” (read: crying into a box labeled “Dishes? Maybe?”), when these giants in big blue truck arrived with grins and a plan that didn’t involve me lifting anything heavier than my existential dread.- They managed to fit my “collections” (read: 17 unread books and a suspiciously large amount of expired cereal) into the truck like Tetris champions.- When I nervously asked if my lamp—a fragile heirloom passed down from my grandma (who “actually” just bought it at Walmart)—would survive, the foreman mover deadpanned, “Ma’am, we once moved a grand piano through a second-story window. Your lamp’s got a VIP seat.”- They even helped me assemble my bed post-move while I napped on the floor like a dignitary.Collin’s Family Movers isn’t just a moving company - they’re the anti-panic buttons of Goodyear. If you’re considering them, do it! They’ll move your stuff, maybe your soul, and definitely your stress into the recycling bin where it belongs.
