Top rated! I’m glad I chose to work with CFM. The office personnel John and Rick were great to work with. No hidden fees and answered all the concerns I had. The moving crew showed up on time and ready to go. All three of the guys Carlos, Jose and Alejandro have amazing personalities, they took care of our belongings as if they were their own. I believe the price was right and as I mentioned no hidden fees. The price structure was clearly explained and when there was an issue John made it right. TY to those guys especially the three man crew that made this a pleasant experience. Gracias fellas!

I was so stressed out about moving, and Collins Family Movers made everything so easy. They were so kind and informative on the phone, and Nestor and Jesus were incredible on moving day. I could not believe how fast and efficient they were, and how they handled everything with care. I was worried my couch wouldn't fit in the new place, but they got it up the stairs and through the door like champs. I'm so thankful that they made my day so easy. Thank you again!

Our move with Collins Family Movers was smooth, quick and easy. The process to get a quote was straightforward and the pricing is very reasonable, especially for Chicago. Our team Miguel, Julian, and Jesus were efficient and thoughtful - everything arrived safely, including a couch that was too large for the main staircase and had to carefully be brought up a different way. Very thankful for the team and highly reccomend!

I would highly recommend Collins Family Movers if you live in the Chicago area. They have great customer service and great pricing. My movers Juan, Jesus, and Arturo were super friendly, helpful, and efficient. The team genuinely cared about doing a good job. I have used Collins Family Movers twice now and will most definitely be using them again the next time I move. The company genuinely cares about their clients and will be very helpful throughout the entire moving process.

I had a great experience with this company. The scheduling was easy, and Miguel, Julian, and Joel were amazing. It was SO hot the day of my move, but they worked quickly and carefully to move everything out and into my new place without damaging any of my items, walls, or floors. They even made sure to set up the pieces of furniture they had to disassemble like my bed and TV console. The whole crew was extremely professional and kept spirits high throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is my second time using Collins and they are a life saver! This time we had Ernesto and Jose who did a great job and were so quick and careful with our boxes and furniture even through the barrage of sunlight and heat.I felt like there was complete transparency with pricing and very clear communication— could not ask for more. Had an absolutely great and seamless experience with Collins Family Movers. The quoting and booming process was easy and transparent. Leading up to the move I got a reminder of a arrival time and how to prepare. On the actual move, Miguel and his team were timely, professional and nice. They openly communicated and asked how I would like certain things moved and in the new place they helped me situate different layouts. All positive over here and great to support a local crew.

These guys stepped in and saved the day when another well known mover in the city cancelled last minute. Though it was short notice, their pricing was very fair and their communication was straightforward and helpful. Special shoutout to Nestor and Jose who were both super prompt, efficient, and hardworking. Smoothest move I’ve had in Chicago. Will use Collins Family Movers again.

This was the second time we've had Collins Family Movers help with a move, and it was a great experience for the cross-country trip. Richard and the team were able to work with us under tricky logistical constraints, and did a great job with the move itself.We'd previously tried to work with another "Chicago" moving company, but it ended up being a web of 4 companies contracting with each other and eventually communication issues led to our scheduled move with them not working out. Thankfully, Richard and Collins Family Movers came to our rescue. They managed the whole move themselves, with the same crew actually driving our items across the country and ensuring they are delivered safely, communicating along the way.The whole team really seems to take pride in giving customers a great experience, and clearly it's important to them that customers feel excited to come back to them in the future. We'll definitely bring our business to them in the future too.

I highly recommend Collins Family Movers. Richard and his team are incredibly professional. Their entire team communicates very well and they walk you through every step of the process - from my initial estimate inquiry to move in day. Their pricing is transparent, and Richard was very honest during the initial booking process about what staffing would be best for the size of the move. They have an easy system for logging your inventory that you can update frequently for an accurate estimate, and they made a very fair price adjustment when my final inventory was smaller due to moving a significant amount of items on my own. On move in day, the Williams team communicated when they were expected to arrive, and showed up promptly within the expected time frame. Everything went smoothly and all of my items were moved with care. They made a large two story 3BR move very smooth. This is my second move with them, and I will definitely use them again in the future!

I had an amazing experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. I paid close attention to the contract and there were no surprises, Richard was very understanding. The guys were on time, and they handled all of my stuff with great care—wrapping everything securely to ensure nothing got damaged. Not only were they efficient with packing and unpacking, but they also made the entire process so much fun with their humor and positive attitudes. They were super kind and professional, making the whole move smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely hire them again for any future moves. 100% Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying this, I’m not one for reviews. I’m the type of person who forgets to rate their Uber unless the driver does a backflip and knows the “exact” recipe for my favorite taco. But when Collins Family Movers moved me from my tiny Goodyear shoebox apartment to my slightly-less-tiny Goodyear shoebox apartment (progress!), I felt compelled to share my story. Because these men are the real MVPs of the moving world - like if Superman and your favorite uncle had a baby, and that baby loved bubble wrap.First off, the team showed up “on time”. Like, “punctual” on time. I was sipping my third coffee of the morning, mentally preparing to tackle the “heavy lifting” (read: crying into a box labeled “Dishes? Maybe?”), when these giants in big blue truck arrived with grins and a plan that didn’t involve me lifting anything heavier than my existential dread.- They managed to fit my “collections” (read: 17 unread books and a suspiciously large amount of expired cereal) into the truck like Tetris champions.- When I nervously asked if my lamp—a fragile heirloom passed down from my grandma (who “actually” just bought it at Walmart)—would survive, the foreman mover deadpanned, “Ma’am, we once moved a grand piano through a second-story window. Your lamp’s got a VIP seat.”- They even helped me assemble my bed post-move while I napped on the floor like a dignitary.Collin’s Family Movers isn’t just a moving company - they’re the anti-panic buttons of Goodyear. If you’re considering them, do it! They’ll move your stuff, maybe your soul, and definitely your stress into the recycling bin where it belongs.

Talk about first class service. I was a wreck with figuring out my move from Chicago to Phoenix but Richard and his team came to my rescue. From start to finish the communication was spot on. They were early to pack up my house and even help with things around my house they didn't need to. Very respectful and professional as they went about their business. Throughout my trip I was nervous with my Harley Davidson in their care but I don't think anyone including me has ever treated her better. Richard and his team put me at ease as my Harley and entire life made their way across country. They kept updating me and even sent some pictures of my Harley on the way in different states. Loved it! Made me feel I was there the whole time but no hassle or LIFTING!!! They got to the destination perfectly on time and again went above and beyond with helping me get organized. With this service cost was no issue but what they charged me after all said and done made me a very happy customer. Beat pretty much everyone I called.
