Exceptionally smooth experience from the initial scheduling phone call till the last piece of furniture was set exactly in its place. Richard helped personally with any questions. William and his team of movers were friendly, knowledgeable and physically strong.

Collin’s Moving company was seamless to work with. They provided confirmations with payments, the day prior, and when arriving to the job sites. Our movers Ivan and another gentleman (I’m so sorry I did not catch his name) were wonderful to work with and communicated during the whole process.Our items made it safe and sound with care. They even called later with a small item that was left by accident in the truck and delivered it right to us! Thank you so much, our moving process was stress free with Collin’s Family Movers!

Amazing service! Great price, friendly and speedy movers! William, Arturo, and Andres were an absolute pleasure to work with. We moved from Downtown Chicago to Crystal Lake to a relatively new area where the address wasn’t even on the GPS and they did not skip a beat throughout the whole way. I’m hoping we can use them in the future again.

The service I received from Collins Family movers was excellent. The movers William and Arthuro were very professional. It was the best moving experience I have ever had. I have had several moving company who do not compare to these guys. The mové was quick and affordable. My items were handled with care. I do plan to use them in the next seventeen once my lease ends. I hope William and Artura are available at that time. Not only hard workers but very friendly and very respectful. Continue the good work guys The entire staff the owner Richard, John the manager and the young lady dispatcher were so kind . I truly appreciate them alI. I highly recommend this company. First time we have ever hired movers. Have always moved around apartments and just had friends/family help us out.Also, first time homeowners with a 14 month old. This was the best move we have ever had.You pay for the service, and we had a great experience with Collins! Ivan, Andres & Diego did a great job at the logistics of the move. They have it down to a science. We had a full truck and they did a great job communicating, planning and helping us make the move as easy as possible. We hope to not have to use them for a very long time, as we are in our hopeful forever home. But if we did, we would definitely recommend to anyone!

Couldn't recommend Collins Family Movers more! They handled my room from one side of the city to the other so flawlessly. The destination freight elevator was challenging and they still handled it so flawlessly and professionally. They handled all my stuff very well and nothing was broken nor scratched. Miguel and Julian were awesome! Great team.

The freight company delivering a large flower fridge to my store only offered curbside delivery. SO happy to have found Collins!The process was so smooth from estimate, to booking, and the actual move. Our crew was very nice, communicative, timely, and took all measurements/precautions when moving the fridge (especially since there was some maneuvering that had to be done based on the layout of the store) They also unpacked it, threw out all the packaging for me, and gave suggestions on how to level it (with an offer to come back and help!!!)Amazing crew- thank you Tyler, Arturo, and Andreas!
