Tyler, and I didn’t catch the name of the guy working with him, were both great. Timely and considerate, everything was well cared for. Poor guys had to deal with a pain in the butt furniture stair situation from me and they were total champs about it.Thank you again!

I submitted the information looking for a mover from Chicago to Boston - The owner returned my call quickly - helped me figure out the best way to move about 60 pieces of art including sculpture and paintings. They were amazing and then when they came to pack my van that I rented at their suggestion - the packers were quick, efficient and helped figure out how to manage the van - not bad for a 78 year old. I will forever be in their debt. They not only moved me, but the person to whom I transferred all of my furniture with equal success. Since I was also selling my house with a very short time to closing - they took care of anything I was unable to transfer. They are the best!!!!

Amazing moving experience. Miguel, Julian and Jesus were very friendly and moved all my stuff quickly and efficiently. They made sure all of my items were protected and communicated with me to make sure everything was packed to my liking. Would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! Above and beyond service, communication and flexibility. They were able to get the job finished very quickly, safely & seamlessly. Miguel and Andres are the best movers and Collins Family Moving company is the only option in my opinion.

Couldn’t ask for a better crew to have shown up to move me out of my 2 bedroom apartment. They were so quick and efficient with loading my moving truck. The care given to my belongings is excellent. Everything was well wrapped and protected. Highly recommend!!

I just had to share my experience with Enrique and Ethan from Collins Family Movers. They were amazing! They really understood my situation, moving a few items from my dad’s home (he’s a veteran) to a senior community.They were on time, super respectful, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. Their professionalism made what could’ve been a really stressful day so much easier. They treated my dad's belongings with the utmost care, which meant a lot to me.I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need to move some items into storage. If you’re looking for a compassionate and efficient moving team, I can’t recommend Collins Family Movers—and especially Enrique and Ethan—enough. Thank you so much for everything!

Collins Family Movers moved us from our three bedroom apartment to our house. The movers came on time and efficiently packed up all our furniture and belongings with care. They gave us a great price and we had a great experience! We would use them again (though I hope to never move again!) and recommend them to friends and family! I used Collins Family Movers for a long-distance move to Texas and had a wonderful experience. The owner, Richard, provided a fair and honest quote and was flexible with updating my truck size after concerns that I needed more space. On moving day, Tyler, Miguel and Julian all showed up on-time and handled all of our stuff with great care. Tyler drove the truck himself down to Texas and arrived as scheduled two days later. No issues with broken/damaged furniture. They even offered to move me back to Chicago if I ever need to. I would highly recommend Collins Family Movers for a long-distance move and would absolutely use them again if I ever move back to Chicago.

I recommend Collins Family Movers because I plan to call them again the next time I move. Tyler, Miguel, Julian and Andreas packed my previous 1-bedrrom apt and moved me to a new space. They were efficient, professional, and incredibly helpful. I also booked them on a coworkers recommendation.But what really set these guys apart from past movers is their really plesant and friendly attitude THE ENTIRE DAY. Even when doing literal heavy lifting. They did a great job of taking some of the stress out of my move for that reason and I absolutely would use this crew again. It reminded me of my cousins helping me move into my 1st apartment.

We had a great experience with our 6 member crew led by Tyler. All of the guys were very polite and respectful. We moved on what was quite possibly the hottest day of the year, but the whole crew really powered through the 8 hr move. The entire process from booking to the actual move was seamless and everyone was very communicative. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I had the best moving experience with Collins Family Movers! Booking was easy, clear, and fast! The morning of my move from the suburbs to the city, Ivan and Joel were on time, communicative, neat, friendly, and moved all my things quickly and safely!! I moved into an old Chicago building with some tricky aspects to getting my things up to the third floor, but Ivan and Joel did exceptional and let me unpack and get everything ready to feel like home!

We hired packing and moving services with Collins Family Movers for a recent move within Chicago. The experience was extremely positive. Tyler and his team arrived promptly on both days, and were effective and efficient packing and moving all of our stuff down and up our walkup apartments. Our items, including some delicate art pieces and furniture, arrived well-packed and without damage. On top of that, they were friendly and responsive to any questions!While I didn't get a time estimate at the time of receiving a quote, the rates were fair and the time the move took was in line with what we had been quoted from other companies. Every part of the process of working w CFM was great. Super helpful, the most reasonably priced service I found, and the actual moving process was completely painless (for me). All of the movers were extremely efficient and careful, and even moved a very heavy couch all while maintaining a positive attitude. Would use again.

Collins Family Movers were so fantastic! They made our move a breeze and so stress free from start to finish. John happily accepted all of my phone calls pre move to make sure everything was set. And Ivan, Jesus, Joe, and Humberto were the absolute best moving team - my roommate and I are so thankful for their help! Would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future

The movers were nice and hard workers! Despite their best effort they were unable to move my piano on the day of the move. The owner Richard made it right and sent a crew out the next day to handle it. They care about their customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services.
